Navigator AI

Navigator (or "Nav") is how you interact with Atlas. Getting data in, building, exploring, generating outputs, it all flows through Nav. It's AI that knows your business because it has your Atlas as context.

Getting data in

Paste in whatever you have. Nav handles it all:

  • Transcripts: copy-paste from meetings, calls, interviews
  • Process docs: SOPs, runbooks, descriptions
  • Screenshots: whiteboard photos, org charts, slide decks
  • Plain language: just describe how things work

Nav proposes Points and Paths. You review, edit, approve.

Record this: Paste a messy transcript into Nav. Show the proposed Points and Paths. Approve. See the structure on canvas. ~60s.

Video: Screenshot to Structure

Record this: Paste a screenshot into Nav. Show Nav reading it and proposing Points. ~30-45s.

Building

Tell Nav what to create:

  • "Add our sales team, Jamie, Marcus, and Priya, reporting to Devon"
  • "Build out the customer onboarding process"
  • "Create a view showing just the finance team and their systems"

Nav proposes changes, you approve. It asks clarifying questions when it needs more info.

Record this: Build out a process from scratch. Show 3-4 rounds of back-and-forth. ~90s.

Exploring

Ask anything about your business:

  • "Who's responsible for the monthly close?"
  • "What would be impacted if we replaced Workday?"
  • "Are there any single points of failure?"
  • "Show me everything connected to NetSuite"

Answers come from your data. Not generic advice.

Video: Exploring Your Atlas

Record this: Ask Nav 2-3 questions about a populated Atlas. Show grounded answers with real data. ~60s.

AI context

Here's the problem with AI tools: they're incredibly smart but they know nothing about your business. You end up spending half your time explaining "John is our CFO, Sarah runs operations, we use NetSuite..." every single conversation.

Atlas solves this. Your AI finally has context, not a wall of text, but structured, connected data about your specific people, processes, and systems.

  • Navigator uses your Atlas automatically, it's built in
  • External tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) connect via MCP. Set it up →
  • Every Point and Path you add makes every AI interaction smarter

When you ask "what breaks if Sarah leaves?" the AI knows exactly who Sarah is, what she's responsible for, and what would fall apart. No hallucinations, no generic responses, just answers grounded in your actual operations.

Record this: Ask Nav to write an SOP or onboarding guide. Show the output. ~60s.

Tips

  • Be specific: use real names and process names
  • Paste anything: transcripts, notes, screenshots, Slack threads
  • Correct it: "That's not right, Mike reports to Sarah" and Nav fixes it
  • Use it in context: Nav is aware of which View you're in
