Views
Same data, different lens. Views let you create focused perspectives without duplicating data.
Click + New View in the sidebar to create one. Organize them into folders. Open multiple as tabs.
Record this: Create a View, toggle visibility, drag into a folder, switch between Map and Table. ~45s.
Map
The interactive canvas. Points and Paths visualized. Drag, zoom, explore connections.
Layouts: one click to rearrange:
- Tree: hierarchy (org charts, process flows). Top-to-bottom, bottom-to-top, or left-to-right.
- Grid: even spacing, orderly rows.
- Circular: peer relationships, no hierarchy.
- AI Arrange: AI positions everything based on relationships.
Record this: Messy canvas → click AI Arrange → clean layout. ~15-20s.
Toolbar: Layout / Zoom / Pan / Select (Shift+Click) / Reset View
Table
Spreadsheet-style. Points in rows, properties in columns. Sort, filter, edit inline.
Select Points on the canvas, right-click, Create Table to spin up a Table View from a selection.

Point and Path Manager
The Point and Path Manager lets you control exactly what appears in a View. Open it from the toolbar to see everything in your Atlas organized by type. Toggle items on or off to curate what shows up on the canvas.
Show and hide
Use the Show/Hide control in the toolbar for quick visibility toggles:
- Show All / Hide All for quick resets
- Toggle individual Points or filter by type
- Paths only appear when BOTH connected Points are visible
Hiding a Point from a View doesn't delete it. It's still in your Atlas, still connected, just not visible here.
Selecting multiple Points
Hold Shift and click to select multiple Points. Or hold Shift and drag to lasso a group. Once selected, you can right-click to act on all of them at once: hide them, add them to another View, arrange them, or delete them.
Right-click menu
Right-click any Point (or a selection of Points) on the canvas:
- Add to view: add this Point to another View
- Show Connected: pull in all Points connected to this one
- Arrange Group: apply a layout to just this Point and its connections
- Hide from view: remove the Point from the current View (doesn't delete it)
- Duplicate: create a copy of the Point
- Delete: permanently delete the Point from your Atlas
Show Connected
Start with one Point, right-click, Show Connected, and its neighbors appear. Right-click one of those, Show Connected again, and you're walking the connections. It's how you go from "show me Sarah" to "show me everything Sarah touches."
Tips
- Start empty, add what matters. Hide All, then selectively show what's relevant.
- Set visibility first, then apply a layout. Cleaner results.
- Drag Points to fine-tune. Positions save automatically per View.
Organizing views
Folders
The sidebar supports folders. Drag Views into folders to group them however makes sense:
- By audience: Executive, Team, Auditor, New Hire
- By domain: Finance, Engineering, Operations
- By process: Monthly Close, Onboarding, Vendor Management
Create a folder by right-clicking in the sidebar. Drag Views in and out. Keep folder depth to 2-3 levels max.
